Every technician who steps onto your property is licensed and covered under North Carolina law. If something gets damaged, that is our problem to fix, not a claim on your homeowners policy.
Hundred-year-old houses near the seminary, early 2000s subdivisions, brand new construction, retail and office space along Capital Boulevard. We have worked on all of it, in real crawl spaces, in real attics, in July.
We inspect first and price second. If your ducts do not need cleaning yet, we will tell you that and go. We would rather hear from you again in three years than talk you into something today.

WHY CHOOSE US

We open the system and look at it before we give you a number. Supply runs, returns, the plenum, the coil. You see the same thing we see, and you find out whether the job is even worth booking.
Drop cloths down, registers sealed off, work area contained. Cleaning ductwork loosens everything that has been sitting still inside it, and none of that belongs on your floors or your furniture.
Rotating brushes break the buildup loose while negative air pressure pulls it out of the system and into the vacuum. The debris leaves your house. It does not just move to a different section of duct and wait.
We walk the system with you, show you the before and after photos, answer whatever you want to ask, and take everything we brought in back out with us.
We offer a full range of professional cleaning services designed to improve indoor air quality, safety, and comfort.

Moisture that builds up down in the crawl space works its way into your floors, your walls, and the air your family breathes every day. Crawl space encapsulation seals off that moisture at the source, giving you a drier, healthier home without the ongoing battle against humidity and mold.

It is common and it is worth looking at. Twenty-plus years is four to seven times the standard interval, and the homes in that part of Wake Forest have usually turned over once or twice, so nobody currently living there knows the full history of the system. We will open a return, show you what is in there, and you can decide from that. Sometimes the answer is that the previous owner ran good filters and the system is in decent shape. You do not know until somebody looks.
Yes, and a large share of Wake Forest homes are built that way. Crawl space duct is more exposed to humidity and temperature swings than duct in conditioned space, and older flex duct down there can sag, tear at the connections, or pull loose entirely. We check the condition of the duct while we clean it and tell you if we find damage. If the real problem is moisture under the house rather than debris in the duct, we will say that too.
Often, yes, and for a different reason than in an older home. New duct is clean when it ships and dirty by the time the house is finished, because it sits open during construction while drywall gets cut and sanded around it. Builder cleanouts are rare. If you moved into a new build in the last few years and are dusting more than seems reasonable, that is usually why.
Most single-family homes run two to four hours depending on the size of the system, the number of returns, and how much is in there. Multiple HVAC units or a large house take longer. We will give you a realistic window after the inspection rather than a number we have to walk back later.
